Dog Wash to Clean, Nourish & Stop the Itching!
Quit bathing your Doggo in toxic shampoos!
Our precious pup used to itch and scratch when we bathed her with a "natural shampoo" and then one day we took a look at the ingredients.
And we were horrified. The most natural ingredient in it was Citric Acid! Everything else was barely able to be pronounced, and on investigation, we had no doubt was the result of her itching.
So we formulated our Dog Liquid Shampoo.
She is a rough coat long haired Border Collie and her coat is totally soft, shimmers when she moves, incredibly shiny and she doesn't itch.
While we won't make claims regarding fleas, it is designed for flea control, and she has not been de-flea'ed for over 1 year, and she doesn't have a single flea on her.
The other really important thing, is that it doesn't contain fragrances. We only use Essential Oils. HOWEVER, there are many Essential Oils which are also toxic for dogs and many manufacturers don't actually understand this, including them in their formulations. We only use Cedarwood, which is safe for dogs.
So if you want a truly nourishing, plant based shampoo for your dog, we can highly recommend this. We wouldn't use something on our precious pup that we didn't 100% trust and believe in.
We recommend using an Apple Cider Rinse afterwards to help rinse out the shampoo and neutralise the skin, especially when washing your dog often. Just take some Apple Cider from the pantry, and drizzle through the coat rinsing as you go.

The Naughty List - What's NOT in our Dog Wash!
Our commitment to quality means we never use harsh ingredients, so you can feel good about what you’re using on your body and to clean your home.
Check the label for this ‘naughty list’ of not-so-friendly ingredients.
EWG Skin Deep is your go-to for extra research!
Unfortunately isn't an exhaustive list - basically if it isn't listed on our products as an ingredient, it probably belongs on this list instead!
-
Cocamidopropyl Betaine CAPD
-
Cocamide DEA/MEA
-
Limonene
- Fragrances, Parfums, Synthetic Preservatives
- Palm Oil or any derivative products - we don't use this because of the environmental aspect of deforestation. Many manufacturers claim their Palm products are RSPO - Round Table on Sustainable Oil Certified. But these sustainable resources were once Virgin Forests which have been cleared and there is no time stand down between deforestation and re-establishment as a Sustainable Entity. End of the day, environments have and are still being destroyed. For us this murkiness just makes Palm Oil an absolute NO!
- Parabens - The three most common are methylparaben, propylparaben and butylparaben. But there are more...
- Sulfates - One of the most common Sulfates used is Sodium Laureth Sulfate. Most Sulfates are drying and damaging to skin causing allergies and skin conditions, and almost all are made from Palm Oil. For these reasons we don't think they have a place in personal or household cleaning products. We do however, use Sodium Coco Sulfate, which is very gentle, and ours is sourced Palm Oil Free. We do not use it in any products that may be inhaled like Sprays or Powdered Products.
- Phosphates - Phosphorus is an essential nutrient for plants and animals. However, excessive phosphorus in surface water can cause explosive growth of aquatic plants and algae. This can lead to a variety of water-quality problems, including low dissolved oxygen concentrations, which can cause fish kills and harm other aquatic life
