Creative Ways to Use Carrier Oils!

	Carrier Oil Blend for application to skin	Add 10 drops of essential oil per 200g of Carrier Oil. Use the blended Carrier Oil on skin.
	Baths for an Aromatic Soak!	Mix essential oils into Carrier Oil as per above, and add 1 teaspoon of blended Carrier Oil to bath water
	Foot Spa to soak those tired feet!	Mix essential oils into Carrier Oil as per above, and add 1/4 teaspoon of blended Carrier Oil to foot spa water
