Zero® Willow Bar is natural and earth friendly castile soap, made the old fashioned way! It is safe for your skin, with only authentic essential oils for the aromatic senses. 

Did you know, that there are no ingredients in any soap or cleaning product that is considered 100% non toxic, non allergen, or non damaging - no matter how "natural", or "plant based", "plant powered" or other green description it is given.  

We use EWG as an independent authority to select our ingredients to ensure they have the lowest possible score.  EWG uses a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the least toxic.  

Castile Soaps are made from virgin vegetable oils, which are reacted with Sodium Hydroxide to form soap. No Sodium Hydroxide is left in the final product, after the reaction is complete, and this process is called Saponification.  Coconut Oil which has gone through Saponification is called Sodium Cocoate.  EWG give Sodium Cocoate a rating of 1 -  You can see this here.  This means our Castile Soap is rated a 1.
